- [ Group function ]
- The button [Group Function] is used to edit several Products or Internal Categories at once. First, select the records you want to edit or delete, and then click the [Group Function] button. Now, select a function that shall be applied to the selected records and confirm the action with [Execute].

- Ad a new Product
- [Use Test Data]
- If your DataSource is still empty, you have the possibility to use the data of some of our jewelry items for testing purposes. Please note, that these products are not automatically updated by the system!
- [ Save List ]
- Save changes
- [ Create a Backup ]
- The backup function in the data pool is intended for occasional backups. The here created CSV file is not suitable for import into external systems! Creating of interfaces or csv-files for external systems must be done at the interfaces section.
- [ Delete all Records ... ]
- Product data will be deleted after an additional confirmation message.
- This option deletes all product data in the active data pool. If you want to delete certain items only, select the respective records (set checkmark on the left).
