Stellen Sie sich den Datenpool wie ein Zentrallager für Ihre Produktdaten vor. Ihr Datenpool beinhaltet sämtliche [[Special:MyLanguage/Grundeinstellungen_Datenquellen|Datenquellen]], also alle wichtigen Stammdaten zu Ihren Produkten wie Titel, Beschreibung, Listenpreis, Produktkategorien, Abmessungen, Gewicht, Bildpfad, Lagerbestand und mehr. Die Stammdaten Ihrer Produkte können Sie täglich oder nach Bedarf automatisch aktualisieren und in allen Exportprofilen (Schnittstellen) verwenden. Falls Sie Hersteller oder Großhändler sind, empfehlen wir Ihnen, Ihren Datenpool auch anderen Händlern (Kunden) zur Verfügung zu stellen. Diese können dann ihrerseits mit Ihrem Datenpool arbeiten und unsere bereits vorkonfigurierten oder auch eigene Schnittstellen nutzen. Der Datenpool mit Ihren Produkten ist die Datenbasis für jedes Exportprofil. Daraus werden sämtliche Exportdaten erstellt. Diese werden dann entweder direkt per API-Anbindung in das gewünschte externe System übertragen oder Ihnen als CSV-Datei für den Import in einen Shop oder Marktplatz zur Verfügung gestellt.
