- Solution: One possible cause may be, that your products were not associated with any internal categories. This, however, is exigently imperative! Another possibility is, that already existing category assignments have been overwritten or deleted by incorrect import settings. The import option If UPDATE: ignore missing Columns! should be enabled. If it's not enabled, already assigned values - e.g. Category IDs - may be deleted from the products. Therefore, check this setting and then re-import. After that, go to the 'Internal Categories' section and click on Synchronize Product Categories. All products are then assigned back to the correct internal categories.
