In order to use a CSV- or API- interface - existing product data in the DataPool are prerequisite. Please refer to our information in the Quick Guide...

Search and Search Filters

Enter a Search Term or use the filter as follows:

  1. OR - returns items where at least one of the search terms is found, separated by spaces. Example: 'OR red blue'
  2. AND - returns articles in which all search words are found, separated by spaces. Example: 'AND red blue'

In addition, there is the option of using special, already preconfigured search filters. Thus, within the different areas Products, "Variants", Categories as well as the Amazon and eBay Listings, targeted search criteria for finding specific data records can be selected. Simply click on the [Filter] button next to the input field to select one of these searches.

Search Filter Products

Determine which products to search for, e.g. products without title or description, new products, products without variant value assignment or products with special markings (see marking management).

Search Filter Category

Lets you choose a pre-selection for the search in the active Data Source . You can search for records in certain categories, in order to edit them specifically. The selection of records with no assignment to any internal category, is also possible ('Products w/o Category Assignment'). Several records can be selected and assigned to a desired category.

Watch out!
The assignment of a product data record to at least one internal category is an important precondition for exporting your data (including shop categories) later.

Search Filter Amazon/eBay

Filter here, for example by products without eBay item attributes, without eBay category, without Amazon item attributes or without Amazon category.

All Products

If data records (listings) have already been imported or created, you will see a list of these products here. Different sortings can be selected via the small button with the two arrows (ascending/descending) to the right of the search.

Detail Page

To edit the properties of a single product, either click on the ID, the name or on the [Actions] button. You will be directed to the details page of each product and can edit the individual properties there.

Item numbers (ID or Parent ID) may be up to 50 characters long. Any additional characters are truncated during import.

If you are missing certain fields or columns, you can add them subsequently (for each data source individually) by using the [Actions] buttons in My Account->Base Settings->Data Sources. Of course, most easily can any content be created/ modified via the import function.

  • Name, Keywords, Descriptions, Short Description, Material, Color, Packaging unit
product name or title, product descriptions, more attributes
When using JavaScript in the field Description there can be problems with the preview, depending on the code. Consult the support in such cases.

  • Sales Price, VAT, other Prices (purchasing, net, ...), Discount scale Prices
Necessary price details

Category

  • Product in internal Category
In case you have imported internal categories (i.e., categories that you have created directly in the data pool) via DATAPOOL->Data Import, you can assign a product here to one of these internal categories. Then, you enter your shop categories for the CSV file under Interfaces->Category Mapping and map them to the internal categories from the data pool. Internal categories should definitely be created, if several different CSV-files are imported into the DataPool and then all records are supposed to be exported via one interface.
  • External Category 1-5
These fields are for so called external categories, if you import products with existing category names or category IDs from an external system via DATAPOOL->Import Data. This makes it possible, in a time saving manner, to imort several thousand records with matching (external) category assignments in the data pool. In this case, it is no longer necessary to create internal categories manually and to assign the products from your data pool to them individually.

Tip: You should only work with external categories, when you need to import many records from a large CSV-file to then convert them (via Interfaces->Export Settings) into another CSV-structure.

Images

  • Image 1, Image 2, Image 3, ... Image 10

Image name or Image URL

Please use only "direct" image links to include an image. Forwarding image paths can cause errors. If only the image names are entered (for example 24936.jpg), then the matching image files must be stored - in the correct directory for the shop - on your server. We do not host image files for products.

Language 2-10

Cells for additional Languages

Additional languages must be activated by you under "My Account -> Base Settings -> Data Source -> Actions -> Language Sub-Sets". Insert there e.g. the value English into the field Language 2 . On the product page you will then see a new tab [English] with the respective fields of this language.

Amazon

  • Country
List of the Amazon marketplaces
  • ASIN
Enter the ASIN of your product or import this value
  • Category

Individual item attributes can be assigned to each product. Typically, the assignment of item attributes should always be made first for the Internal Categories. You can identify existing market assignments by the color of the country code in the list of the Internal Categories (i.e. US, UK, DE).

Country Code Red: Marketplace-ID assigned
Country Code Black: Marketplace-ID and Item Attributes assigned

eBay

  • Country
eBay-marketplace country
  • eBay: ID
The eBay item ID for the product in the respective marketplace appears here. The import of your eBay IDs occurs via the data import through the eBay API at Products->eBay->Load Data from eBay. This works only if in My Account->Base Settings->eBay a valid eBay token for the marketplace exists.
  • eBay: Category
Product category on eBay
  • 2. Product category on eBay
2. Produktkategorie bei eBay
  • eBay-store category on eBay
eBay-store category on eBay

  • [ Group function ]
The button [Group Function] is used to edit several Products or Internal Categories at once. First, select the records you want to edit or delete, and then click the [Group Function] button. Now, select a function that shall be applied to the selected records and confirm the action with [Execute].
  • [ Create a New Record ]

  • [Use Test Data]
If your DataSource is still empty, you have the option to use the data of some of our jewelry items for testing purposes. Please note, that these products are not automatically updated by the system!
  • [ Save List ]
Save changes
  • [ Create a Backup ]
The backup function in the data pool is intended for occasional backups. The thereby created CSV-file is not suitable for an import into external systems! Creating of interfaces or CSV-files for external systems must be done at the interfaces section.
  • [ Delete all Records ... ]
Product data (e.g., all, in stock, out of stock, not available) will be deleted after an additional confirmation message.
This option deletes all records in the active data pool. If you want to delete certain items only, select the respective records (set checkmark on the left).

Products with Inventory

List of all products that are in stock, for more information see section #All Products

Products without Inventory

List of products that are out of stock, for more information see section #All Products

Not available

Products that were not found during the last import and thus could not be updated.

Example:
Your wholesaler/manufacturer always has in his CSV files only data of products that he has in stock. Out-of-stock items or items that have expired at the wholesaler / manufacturer, are not in the file. Over time, records accumulate in the system, which have not been changed for a long time and on which at the same time no inventory update has taken place anymore (despite regular import!). Through the list (if present) on this tab, such products can be found faster and removed as necessary from the system.
