Export Settings: Filters
Currently you can use 6 different 'filters' . Filters 1 to 4 are linked through the AND condition. Entries in filter 5 or 6 override filters 1 to 4. That is, if there are entries in filter 5 or 6, the system ignores all entries in filters 1, 2, 3 and 4! Operations are therefore performed according to the following scheme:
Either (6) OR (5) OR (1 and 2 and 3 and 4)
Contents
Filter - Price
Optional settings for filtering items with specific prices. Please use the dot as decimal separator.
Filter - Stock
Optional settings for filtering items with specific inventory quantities.
- Example: greater than 5 and less than 7 ...
- Only articles with an inventory quantity of 6 appear in your export file.
Filter - Zero Stock
The default is Yes . All products from the active data source are used in the interface (even those with Zero stock).
If you only want to include items that are in stock (that is inventory quantity > 0) in your export file, set the value to No and save the change.
Filter - Individual
This filter is suitable for individual inserts. Select any column from the product table and enter a value for filtering.
Filter - Individual records, comma separated
Values in this field overwrite all other filters set above. Here you can purposefully specify particular item numbers or product IDs. Only these records are used. The values must be separated by a comma.
- Example: 52358,69875,5984-49,a6hz6f,e4888
Filter - New Records
Only records newly added since the last import, are transferred from the data pool to the interface.
- Example: You have imported 1000 records into your data pool a week ago and today you imported 1200. If the filter "New Records" is set to 'yes', then your export file contains only those 200 additional records.
