Kategoriezuordnung/en

Mit Hilfe von Kategoriezuordnungen im Bereich Export können Sie eigene Kategoriebezeichnungen oder Kategorie-IDs für Ihre Schnittstelle definieren, die z.B. mit den Kategorien in Ihrem Shopsystem oder auf einem Marktplatz übereinstimmen müssen. Zu jeder Schnittstelle bzw. für jedes Exportprofil lassen sich unterschiedliche Kategoriezuordnungen speichern.

Selection of the Interface and Category Mapping

Klicken Sie in der gewünschten Schnittstelle auf die Schaltfläche [ bearbeiten ] bzw. auf eine der verfügbaren Optionen. Wird keine Schnittstelle angezeigt, muss zuerst eine neu abonniert werden (siehe Mein Konto ->Abonnements). Eigene Schnittstellen erstellen Sie über den Bereich Export ->Individuelle Schnittstellen.

Select a category mapping set - Select one of your already created or create a new category mapping set. A category mapping set includes the internal categories of the DataSource and assign them to the categories of your selected export system. When exporting, the correct categories of your external system will be assigned to all products.

Attention!
Prerequisite for the creation of a category mapping: The data source must contain at least ONE Internal category with products.

Give this category mapping of your interface a meaningful name (freely choosable).

Category Mapping

On the left you will see the IDs and the Internal Category Names from your Data Pool. Enter the ID or the name of the corresponding category of your shop or marketplace for each of these internal categories. The entered values are transferred to your CSV file as a category assignment for each product data record.

Attention!
If you do not enter any values here, there are later no categories available in your export file - that is, the contents of the category columns remain empty. This then often results in error messages, when importing the CSV file into your shop system. Therefore, a category mapping should always be created.

eBay Category Mapping

The eBay categories must be assigned via the Data Pool -> Internal Categories area. Click on the category name and select the [eBay] tab.

Amazon Category Mapping

The Amazon categories must be assigned via the Data Pool -> Internal Categories area. Click on the category name and select the [Amazon] tab.

Create Backup

Export a selected category mapping set. Open the exported file with MS-Excel or a suitable editor and then enter the category names / IDs of your shop in the designated columns.

Import Backup

Import the completed file back into the system. Please note that ID numbers and category names must match in the export and import file. Please pay attention to upper and lower case differences!

Delete

Delete this Category Mapping.
