Products - Amazon Listings

Manage your Amazon Listings here Listings -> Amazon -> Marketplace/Country.

If no API access data for a marketplace exists, it must be entered first at My account -> Basic settings -> Amazon.

Select Marketplace / Search

Amazon Marketplace - Select the marketplace for which you want to edit products.

Search (Amazon ID, Product ID) - search for a term, an ASIN or a product ID

Active Selling

Here is a list of your active Amazon products - if any. Sorting is possible via the column ID(Parent ID) , Name, Quantity or AMAZ-Quantity.

Attention!
Only item numbers for which an ASIN is stored in the data pool will be displayed.

Please, work very carefull in the Amazon products area and always check all actions afterwards in your Amazon account! Test the workflow between csv4you.com and Amazon at the beginning always with only a few records. So if errors occur, unnecessary work and cost can be avoided.

Inactive Selling

A list of inactive listings on Amazon, e.g. when stock 0.

Fulfillment

List of all products that are "Fulfilled by Amazon" (FbA)

Using the [Get Amazon FbA Data] button, existing products in the Data Pool can be synchronized with the current stocks and prices from the FBA warehouse. The time it takes to import this data from Amazon may vary.

Faulty Listings

'Faulty' listings means that the quantities in the DataPool are smaller than what you have listed on Amazon. Pay particular attention to this area when e.g. one of your suppliers updates his stock daily. Otherwise you might get a sale on Amazon - for a product that you can not deliver ...

No Listings

All products of the active data source that are "not" listed on Amazon (yet).

Buttons

Button [ Actions ]

The [Actions] button provides different options on the various listings tabs.

• [Actions] Edit Item Attributes

You will be redirected to product attributes. Here you can edit the product attributes of individual products. All values come directly from Amazon and can be directly associated with your product.

• [Actions] Amazon syncronize Data

Here the inventory and price values can be changed directly on Amazon and synchronized with your data pool.

• [Actions] Edit Product Attributes

You will be redirected to product details. Here you can edit the product attributes of individual products.

All values are directly from Amazon and can be assigned to your item.

• [Actions] Edit Parents' Attributes

You will be redirected to parent details. Here you can edit the attributes of individual parents.

Only visible if the this is a variant item and a suitable parent item exists.

Other Buttons

Depending on which area of the listings you are in and if records have been marked, more buttons may be available at the bottom of the page.

• [Get Amazon Data]

Product data can be imported from Amazon and synchronized with the Data Pool.

• [Download report from Amazon]

Download report files from Amazon.

• [End Offers]

Select a maximum of 10 records on the left and end these offers.

• [Delete all assignments? ]

Records in the data pool or at Amazon are unaffected. Only the assignments are deleted here.
