eBay Responsedatei Fehler 37 ItemID

37 "Error - Eingabedaten für Tag <ItemID> sind ungültig oder fehlen

Reason is that eBay Item-IDs are missing or invalid. You probably have Item-IDs in your csv-file that are unknown to eBay. Once an eBay Item-ID exists in a csv-file for eBay, the eBay system wants to update the article. If however, this item-ID does not exist on eBay, this error message results.

eBay Response ERROR 37 CategoryID

37 Error: Input data for tag <Item.PrimaryCategory.CategoryID> is invalid or missing. Please read the API documentation.

Lösung: Eine möglich Ursache kann sein, dass Ihre Produkte keiner internen Kategorien zugeordnet sind. Das ist jedoch zwingend notwendig. Möglich ist auch, dass bereits gesetzte Kategoriezuordnungen durch falsche Importeinstellungen wieder überschrieben bzw. gelöscht wurden. Die Importoption Wenn UPDATE: Fehlende Spalten ignorieren! sollte aktiviert sein. Wenn nicht aktiviert können bereits zugewiesene Werte - wie z.B. Kategorie IDs - im Produkt gelöscht werden. Überprüfen Sie daher diese Importeinstellung und führen Sie den Import erneut durch. Gehen Sie danach in den Bereich Interen Kategorien und klicken Sie auf Kategorien übernehmen/abgleichen. Alle Produkte werden dann wieder den richtigen internen Kategorien zugeordnet.

Hinweis: Diese Lösung funktioniert nur, wenn Sie eigene Daten importieren! Wenn Sie Anbieterdaten direkt aus dem System übernehmen (Import Variante "C") und Sie diesen Fehler bekommen, eröffnen Sie bitte ein Supportticket.

eBay Response ERROR 10007

Error: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: "The content of elements must consist of well-formed character data or markup."

Possible Solution(s):

The submitted XML file/feed is not complete or faulty, e.g. content in the cell Brand Name or Manufacturer Number is missing. Empty cells, where a "Zero" or "False" is expected, can also generate this error.

It could also be due to incompletely assigned item specifics. Although there are the correct placeholders in the export file, there is no content in the characteristics for individual items. In such cases, enter appropriate values for all items.

eBay Response ERROR 10019

"Error: Contradictory information about shipping.";"Error: One or more parameter values are invalid. By checking the response for ": ErrorParameters" elements, you can determine the invalid values. Correct these values and resubmit the request."

Lösung: Stellen Sie Ihre Versand-, Zahlungs- und Rücknahmebedingungen als Rahmenbedingungen in Ihrem eBay-Account ein und hinterlegen Sie den Namen der Rahmenbedingungen in Ihrer Schnittstelle im Bereich Exportprofile im Reiter [ Sonstiges ].

eBay Response ERROR 11002

Error: System[11002] Authentication failed : Invalid token type

Reason for this can be an eBay token that is incorrectly stored on csv4you. Another cause could be a temporary suspension of your eBay account for API transfers.

Possible Solution(s):

In such cases, wait until your token is unlocked by the eBay system. This can take one, but sometimes also up to 24 hours.

Error on Payment method/Shipping condition

Error: You must select at least one payment method|Error: Specify at least one valid shipping service.

Check your business policies on eBay as well as their stored names in our system. These must match exactly with the names under which they are stored on eBay.
